The Healthy and Resilient Workplace and Team

Led by Scott Epp, Breakthrough Corporate Training

Every human being and every organisation will face challenging times. Sometimes these difficulties arise daily, while others are infrequent but may be major watershed life experiences, generating higher levels of stress. In the face of an increasingly complex technological world of human connections, and in times of global turmoil, pandemics, Organisation pressures, and uncertainty, it is more valuable than ever to search out ways to become healthier and more resilient in the workplace. This training will be led in 3 parts.

Part 1) The Healthy and Cohesive Workplace and Team

Part 2) Becoming More Resilient

Part 3) Instilling a Healthy and Resilient Self-Care Plan

The three parts of this training combine to help you:

  • Take care of your well-being.
  • Prevent burnout, exhaustion, and health issues.
  • Make better decisions under pressure and stress.
  • Overcome upsetting situations in a way that works for you.
  • Reduce the negative impact that stress can have on your body and mind.
  • Improve your relationship with yourself and others.
  • Have a toolbox of solutions for dealing with difficult situations of varying degrees of severity, from daily annoyances to serious issues.
  • Boost your resilience.
  • Lead a healthier workplace and team.

At the end of this Training, we will provide a Healthy and Resilient Self-Care Plan template so you can start implementing the actions that you want to incorporate in your routine and life. We will provide an optional fillable PDF workbook where you can type notes during or after the training.
