She specialises in leading change through establishing clear strategic direction, governance, service delivery and continuous improvement. Her experience comes from both practical and academic learnings with a Bachelor in Health Information Management and a Masters in Business Information Technology.Nicole is excited about the changes and growth currently in the health industry and seeks to continue to lead change through establishing simple governance framework to support the highly complex ever changing environment.
San Le
San is a Health Information Manager at NorthWestern Mental Health, The Royal Melbourne Hospital.
San has worked in metropolitan and regional health services after completing a Master of Health Information Management at La Trobe University. She enjoys working in the mental health space, as it provides a unique opportunity for HIMs to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and apply their full breadth of skills, from improving data integrity and quality to the implementation of Electronic Medical Records. San’s current focus is readiness for the new mental health Activity Based Funding model, as part of mental health reform across Victoria.

Janine commenced her working life with large teaching hospitals before moving into the world of mental health service delivery. Her current role with NorthWestern Mental Health involves the translation of strategic direction into operational practice in the area of health information management and service delivery. She has a particular interest in quality improvement and governance, leadership and change management.
Passionate about working in mental health, Janine is keen to apply further learnings from the Masters of Public Health and Master of Health Administration she is currently studying to the world of health information management within mental health. Working in a dynamic and multi-disciplinary mental health environment, she excited about the transformation of mental health services currently underway.
