About the role

The Administration Supervisor is responsible for providing effective high level assistance and support to the Manager Health Information Services and ICT on a daily basis to ensure effective processing and coordination of work across a number of key functional areas to assure high quality services delivery.

Key functional areas of involvement will include in Communications Assets, IT Access, Release of Information, Privacy, EMR and Reporting. A flexible approach to work and a high level of professionalism are required at all times.  This role will also be responsible for assisting in implementing responsible customer service culture.

  • Demonstrated administrative competency at a senior level with relevant experience in healthcare
  • Demonstrated proficiency in patient administration, records management and office systems
  • Experience reviewing work processes and documenting procedures for staff
