About the role
South West Healthcare (SWH) has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Health Information Manager to join the Health Information Services team. We offer a supportive management environment with opportunities to work in a variety of management areas including, but not limited to: clinical coding, casemix analysis, quality audits and opportunity for experience in development of the electronic health record.
The position is a full time permanent position, however part-time applications will be considered.
What you bring
As a Health Information Manager, you will have sound knowledge of relevant legislation, with the ability to demonstrate a specialist knowledge in health information management to achieve departmental objectives.
You will have excellent organisational, written and interpersonal skills and the ability to manage your time to meet deadlines.
Appropriate Health Information Management qualification is a must with eligibility for membership of Health Information Management Association Australia (HIMMA).

Employment Terms and Conditions will be in line with the Allied Health Professionals (Victorian Public Health Sector) Single Interest Enterprise Agreement 2016-2020, classification Grade 2 Year 1 – Year 4 dependent on years of relevant experience.

Current Victorian Drivers Licence
