Applications are invited for an experienced Coding Operations Manager to join the team. The role is responsible for managing the coding team to ensure timely and accurate ICD-10-AM coding of inpatient episodes to achieve internal and external deadlines and optimise WIES. This role is also responsible for contributing to coding audit and education.

- Staff management coding team
- Coding Audit Program including targeted WIES, quality and performance
Our fantastic coding team is comprised of both HIM & Clinical Coders who work in an environment where coding, casemix and clinical documentation initiatives are strongly supported by BHS Executive and Clinical Directors. You will form part of the Coding Leadership Team which is an experienced, cohesive and supportive team achieving great results. The coding team currently works from home using BOSSnet Digital Medical Record, 3M Codefinder and TurboCoder.
